Please complete the attached form to register your pet (dog/cat), show proof of rabies vaccination date and payment. Payment can be dropped in person during normal business hours 8:30-4:00 M-F or in the lock box inside the vestibule after hours. Please make payment by check, money order or EXACT cash only. Checks and money order should be made payable to the Borough of Audubon.
