Below please find the projects scheduled for your town during the week of 10/28:

Please be advised that there has been a change to the below plan for this week’s work. Rather than close Kings Highway entirely between Black Horse Pike and East Lake Drive, there will be a one-way detour in place.

All Northbound thru traffic (i.e. traveling from Mt Ephraim to Audubon/Haddon Heights) will be detoured around the work zone. Detour signage will be posted directing traffic to turn left at Black Horse Pike and right on Merchant Street/Hampshire Avenue. Police will be onsite for assistance. A sketch is attached for your reference.

All Southbound traffic (i.e. traveling from Audubon/Haddon Heights to Mt Ephraim) will be maintained.

The timing and scope of this work are unchanged; 7:00 AM, Wed. Oct. 30, 2024, until 3:00 PM, Thurs. Oct. 31, 2024. South State, Inc. will be removing and replacing some of the concrete roadway slabs which require 24 hours of curing time.

Access for residents, emergency vehicles, and local traffic will be maintained.
