NEW RESIDENTS
Welcome to Audubon!
We're happy to welcome you to the Borough of Audubon!
Trash Collection
Residents are responsible for purchasing their own trash containers from a retailer of their choice. Because trash is collected by hand, containers should be manageable in size and weight.
Recycling
The Borough provides one recycling bin per household at no cost. If you need a recycling bin, please contact the Department of Public Works, and you will be added to the distribution list.
Bulk Item Collection
Audubon does not offer a separate bulk trash pickup program.
Bulk items—including electronics, appliances (white goods), metal, concrete, logs, and other large household items—may be placed curbside on your regularly scheduled trash collection day. These items are collected by a separate truck that follows the regular trash route.
If your trash or bulk items have not been collected, please wait until the end of the business day before contacting the Borough, as multiple trucks service different types of materials throughout the day.
