The overall goal of the Department of Public Safety is to provide the highest level of police, fire, and emergency medical services to the community. To reach this goal, we constantly evaluate our performance and search for new and innovative ways to provide better service. Our staff strives to meet the rigorous standards of professional and ethical conduct in the performance of their duties.

It is the mission of the Audubon Office of Emergency Management to support our citizens and first-responders to ensure that as a community we work together to build, sustain and improve our capability to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from and mitigate all hazards that may negatively affect the residents of the Borough of Audubon. Additionally, the OEM recognizes that the key to the resilience and sustainability of a community in a time of crisis is the strength of its neighbors. Audubon OEM is committed to actively engaging and seeking feedback from residents in regards to their needs and concerns relating to Emergency Preparedness.
