The ordinance states that each household is permitted to hold one (1) garage/yard sale every six (6) months.
To obtain a permit, please submit your completed application along with the $3.00 fee to the Municipal Clerk’s Office, located on the second floor of the Municipal Building.
This requirement does not apply to the town-wide yard sale hosted by the Audubon Celebration Committee.
