Rental Instructions

Francis J. Ward Recreation & Community Center
Do not submit a contract without first confirming the date and being instructed to do so.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
Rental fees must be paid in full at least fifteen (15) business days before your event.
Failure to submit payment by this deadline may result in cancellation.
RENTAL FEES
Building Rental (Hourly)
- Residents: $100.00 per hour
- Non-Residents: $150.00 per hour
- Non-Profit Organizations: $350.00 flat fee (proof required)
Outside Only (Includes Bathrooms)
- $50.00 per hour
- Three (3) hour minimum required
- Minimum of 25 guests required
Non-profit organizations may begin setting up two (2) hours before the event.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- $250.00 deposit required at time of reservation
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate of Insurance must name the Borough of Audubon as an Additional Insured
- General Liability Coverage: $1,000,000
- Alcohol permitted with proper insurance only. Host Liquor Liability is required if alcohol is served.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within ten (10) days of the event will incur a $75.00 fee.
FACILITY RULES
- No wall decorations
- No helium balloons
- No glitter or confetti
- No outside furniture
- No inflatables or bouncy houses
- Tables must be covered (no staples permitted)
- Tables and chairs may not be removed from the building
- Trash bags are provided. After your event, all trash must be securely tied and placed in the outdoor dumpster.
AMENITIES INCLUDED
- Full kitchen
- 140 padded chairs
- 8 round tables (5 ft)
- 10 long tables (8 ft)
RESERVATIONS
- Tentative reservations will be held for seven (7) days
- A completed Rental Agreement and $250.00 deposit are required to secure your date
PAYMENT SUBMISSION
- Make checks payable to the Borough of Audubon
- Include event date in the memo line
