Food Truck Requirements

All food trucks must be approved by the Borough of Audubon before being hired for any event in town — whether a private party at a residential property, a commercial property, or a public event.

Before hiring a food truck, please contact the Municipal Clerk's Office so that any necessary instructions and permits can be obtained.

Food trucks with heating elements require a special permit, as required by the state.
