Mark and his wife, Deirdre, have lived in Audubon for over thirty years and raised their two sons, Nick and Sam, here.
Prior to joining the school board in 2023, Mark volunteered his time coaching t-ball, Little League, soccer, and basketball and officiating swim meets. Mark was also a marching band chaperone, head of its pit-crew, and vice president of the Marching Band Booster Board.
Mark believes that it is the responsibility of a school district to enable its students to reach their highest possible academic and social level of development. He recognizes the importance of a rigorous and varied curriculum, preparing students for whatever future path they choose.
Mark is honored to serve as an Audubon school board member and enthusiastic about improving the educational opportunities of Audubon students.
