NEW FEE SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 7, 2026
Effective Monday, September 7, 2026, the new Joint Land Use Board (JLUB) Fee Schedule is in effect.
Applicants are encouraged to contact the Borough Office prior to submitting an application and payment to confirm that all required fees and payment amounts are correct. Thank you for your cooperation.
An Ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Audubon, County of Camden and State of New Jersey amending Chapter 113, Land Development, Article II, Administration and Enforcement, Division 1, Generally, Section 113-34, Escrow Fees, in the Code of the Borough of Audubon.
