DUMPSTER AND POD PERMIT REQUIREMENTS
Terms & Conditions
- A permit is required for dumpsters or PODs placed in the street or driveway.
- All dumpsters/PODs must receive approval prior to delivery.
- Please allow at least three (3) business days for processing and approval.
- Permits are valid for fourteen (14) days.
- Drop-off and pick-up dates must be included on the application.
- Dumpsters/PODs must be placed at least fifteen (15) feet from any structure.
- Dumpsters/PODs must be placed on blocks to protect the street and must have reflective tape and cones for visibility.
- Submit the completed application along with payment to the Borough Office.
- Fee: $25.00 (cash or check payable to the Borough of Audubon).
Failure to obtain prior approval may result in enforcement action and/or delays in placement.
