Dumpster/POD Permit Requirements
- A permit is required for any dumpster or POD placed on a street or in a driveway.
- All dumpsters/PODs must receive approval before delivery.
- Please allow a minimum of three (3) business days for processing and approval by the Clerk’s Office and Audubon Police Department.
- Permits are valid for fourteen (14) days.
- Drop-off and pick-up dates must be provided on the application.
- Dumpsters/PODs must be placed at least fifteen (15) feet away from any structure.
- Dumpsters/PODs must be placed on blocks to protect the roadway surface and must include reflective tape and cones for visibility.
- Submit the completed application and payment to the Borough Office.
- Permit fee: $25.00 (exact cash or check payable to the Borough of Audubon).
- Failure to obtain prior approval may result in enforcement action and/or delays in placement.
