Terms & Conditions

  • A permit is required for dumpsters or PODs placed in the street or driveway.
  • All dumpsters/PODs must receive approval prior to delivery.
  • Please allow at least three (3) business days for processing and approval.
  • Permits are valid for fourteen (14) days.
  • Drop-off and pick-up dates must be included on the application.
  • Dumpsters/PODs must be placed at least fifteen (15) feet from any structure.
  • Dumpsters/PODs must be placed on blocks to protect the street and must have reflective tape and cones for visibility.
  • Submit the completed application along with payment to the Borough Office.
  • Fee: $25.00 (cash or check payable to the Borough of Audubon).

Failure to obtain prior approval may result in enforcement action and/or delays in placement.
